PATTERSON LATIMER JONES BRANNON DENHAM was founded in Joplin in 1972 and has concentrated in serving the four-state region by providing a very high standard of architectural services.

PLJBD has worked on hundreds of projects over the past five decades involving numerous building types, including over 2 million square feet of office, retail, educational space, governmental, health care, recreational, religious, residential and industrial.  The firm has successfully programmed, designed, and administrated construction on various projects ranging from modest construction budgets of less than $50,000.00 up to a $25 million corporate headquarters.  The majority of the firm’s practice comes from repeat clients, and we have enjoyed long-term relationships with many clients spanning decades.  PLJBD has an excellent reputation in the community, and our clients and contractors have come to expect innovative designs and highly detailed construction documents.

Projects will be directly supervised by the principal of the firm.  It is the firm’s philosophy that such close involvement of the principal’s time produces a higher level of quality control and a better ability to meet scheduling commitments.  Inner-office project meetings assure the client continuity in the event of the absence of the Project Manager.
